TEAMS (Tests of Engineering Aptitude, Mathematics, and Science) is a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) competition. Focused on a new theme each year, TEAMS challenges teams of middle school and high school students to collaboratively solve real-world engineering issues by applying their STEM knowledge in practical and creative ways.

Original academic and innovative concepts are developed for the TEAMS competition based on the National Academy of Engineering Grand Challenges. Undertaking these challenges requires critical job-readiness skills such as collaboration, analytical thinking, and multi-dimensional problem-solving.
